Raw shirasu
First, let me establish what a shirasu is. The smallest of fish you can probably buy, they're baby sardines. Now picture them, small and thin creatures that almost don't look like fish, and imagine the mixture of salt water, just the right amount of crunchiness mixed with the softness of raw fish - it's the perfect side dish to any meal.
Don't chicken out because it's raw. This is raw fish like you've never eaten before.
