Tsuchiura is located in the north-east of Kanto area. It is about 2hours drive from Tokyo. Once in a year, the first saturday in october, the fireworks competition is held at Tsuchiura. The competition has a long history and has continued since 1925. Every year, more than 50 fireworks maker are participate.
